I am one of the owners of CENTURY 21 Blue Marlin Pelican which was founded in 2009 by Johnathan Hughes. Originally Blue Marlin Realty Group, we started this company with the drive to help people find their piece of pardise here along the Emerald Coast. Over the years we have sought growth and decided to join CENTURY 21 in 2015 to become a globally recognized brand and reach more people. In 2017 we grew even larger by merging with the largest independently owned real estate company, Pelican Real Estate. Together as CENTURY 21 Blue Marlin Pelican we make up one of the largest real estate companies in the Panhandle, covering Pensacola to Apalachicola.
